Discovery
We listen, learn, and understand your goals, budget, and lifestyle. We review our architecture service levels so you can match budget, expectations, and design guidance with your project. We also guide you in organizing the other team members for the project.

Technical Documentation
We will produce detailed drawings and specifications to ensure the builder can efficiently do their work. Our drawings will be supplemented by the wisdom and experience of good craftsmen. Do you design renovations and additions or just new homes ?
Absolutely. Much of our work involves transforming existing homes while preserving neighborhood character. We also work on high-end custom homes as well as production homes, duplexes, and townhomes for builders and developers.
What areas do you serve?
For new home construction we work in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. For renovations and additions we stay closer to Charlotte, primarily Mecklenburg County. Most of our work is in Myers Park, Eastover, SouthPark, Foxcroft, Cotswold, Lake Norman and surrounding areas.
