From helping redevelop small sites to planning large-scale developments, Houghland Architecture creates visually exciting and economically viable designs that foster pride and vitality for our community and our clients.
Our approach to planning includes a study of development identity, traffic analysis and development densities, appropriate land uses, environmental impact, and phased growth. We work with our clients to establish logical frameworks, and to further communication and cooperation between public and private interests.
In our role as design consultants, we believe our overriding responsiblity is to provide our clients with timely, accurate and relevant information. In order to do this, we strive to understand their businesses as well as we do our own, and to be supportive and knowledgeable partners in helping them achieve their business objectives.
